It is very easy to feel overwhelmed.  Feelings of stress, anxiety, anger, low mood and depression can gradually creep up on us, and before we know it we become lost and just don't know where to begin to get ourselves back on the right track.  We can’t seem to enjoy the things we used to, lose our confidence, are continuously tired,  and a good night’s sleep may be a thing of the past.

My name is Amanda and I’m a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I have a Hypnotherapy room Farsley, Leeds, West Yorkshire and I also work online, so you can be anywhere you want to be.  All you need is somewhere quiet and comfortable, a phone, tablet or computer with a good  internet connection.

How Will You Feel After Hypnotherapy?

You will leave my hypnotherapy sessions feeling calm, lifted and motivated. We concentrate on getting you back to the person you want to be rather than who you don't want to be.  We work together to find your way forward in small, comfortable, manageable steps.  I’ll help you concentrate on your strengths and the positives in your life and build upon them.  We will practice positive thinking until it becomes a habit for you. Afterall, all habits are created through repetition.
