Stop Vaping or Smoking

The intellectual part of your brain knows about the dangers of smoking and vaping, or maybe you are just sick of being tied to it, yet you just can’t stop.     You know it doesn't look good, yet you just can’t stop. 


If it was as simple as getting a nicotine hit, then why don’t the patches work? You are stuck in a repeating pattern of behaviour that you can just can't break.
